As a Corporate Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing legal support to our corporate governance and board matters.
You will also be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, maintaining a database of legal documents, and ensuring compliance with SEC regulations.
This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal support to our corporate governance and board matters Draft and review contracts, including loan agreements, purchase agreements, and service agreements Maintain a database of legal documents and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate Assist with SEC filings and ensure compliance with SEC regulations Conduct legal research and provide support to attorneys as needed Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance across the organization Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines Attend meetings and take minutes as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field 3
years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal in the Mortgage industry or a related field Strong knowledge of corporate governance and board matters Experience drafting and reviewing contracts Familiarity with SEC regulations and filings Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal databases Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills If you are a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Paralegal with a strong background in the Mortgage industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
