Responsibilities:
- Interact with our customers who travel to the store and those that email or call the store to provide outstanding and detail oriented customer service, with follow up as needed.
- Handle phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Unpacking new merchandise, picking orders, waiting on customers and shipping orders.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Must be able to climb stairs and use ladder as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
